The policies encompass areas that commune a buyer’s overall purchase-satisfaction quotient. We assist our customers at each step right from purchase to delivery to after-sales. Our policies elucidate scenarios for Return/Refund of a purchased product, state-of-affairs that may call for an order cancellation, shipping and promotional guidelines.

Refund Policy

Easy Wall Prints has a Print-On-Demand arrangement. Customer requests are assessed, scrutinized and customized to meet the exact order specifications. We tirelessly strive to deliver you the best product in terms of quality and price. However, we do acknowledge that there may be cases where customers request for a product return /refund.

While we regret the inconvenience caused, please note that we offer No Refunds on product purchases. As per our Wallpaper Order Refund Policy, we may offer a Refund only in case where we are unable to execute a certain order due to miscellaneous reasons.

Please Note:  There’s no CASH Refund. Refunds can be done in the following formats-

  • Through Bank Transfers/ NEFT
  • By Cheque
  • Online Refund 

Refund will be processed within 5 working days if we are unable to process the same due to one of the reason mentioned in our order cancellation policy.

To assure a secure monetary transaction, we may request customers to furnish necessary verification documents and bank details.

Return Policy

Customer bliss is our anthem. Easy Wall Prints team determinedly endeavours to give you the best buy. We work hard to maintain our quality and delivery standards to offer a complete value-for-money package.
Our Wallpaper Order Return Policy highlights instances wherein a customer may look to return a purchased product and the necessary course of action thereafter.

Wallpaper return instances are illustrated below:

  • Receiving a damaged /tampered/ order packaging
  • Incorrect order specifications in terms of size/design

Return in Case of Damaged/ Tampered Packaging-

In case you receive a product that is damaged or has a tampered packaging, DO NOT accept it.
You may return the package to the courier executive. However, do take note of the following-

  • You need to intimate us via Email (info@easywallprints.com ) of the situation within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Send us pictures of the damages in your order within the specified time span.


Return in case of an Incorrect Order

In case you find that the delivered product is different from what you had ordered, or does    not match the specifications/ design/ size from the original order; kindly take note of the following:

  • Promptly inform us about the specification mis-match within 24 hours of receiving the order.  Send us an e-mail on info@easywallprints.com
  • Email us the photo of the discrepancy that has been identified in your order within 24 hours
  • Return the order to us in its original shipping package within 5 working days

Please Note:  In case a customer is returning a product to us, we strongly recommend a safe and sturdy packaging to ensure the product is received by us in a good condition.

Order Cancellation Policy

Easy Wall Prints acknowledges situations which may call for cancellation of a product order either from our side or from the customer’s end. While we take care to execute each product order request with supreme care and attention, our Wallpaper order cancellation policy is designed for our buyer’s support.  We examine the cancellation requests from both buyer and seller’s perspective respectively.


Order Cancellation by Easy Wall Prints:

In cases where Easy Wall Prints is not in a position to accept certain product orders, the company reserves the sole right to cancel or refuse the order and intimate a customer within 72hours.

This could happen under the following scenarios-

  • Errors or discrepancies in pricing or product information.
  • Inadequate product quantities available for purchase.
  • Inappropriate printing request for illegal images or the ones that contain nudity or porn.
  • Fraud related issues by Credit/Debit card identified by our team.

Easy Wall Prints works to deliver clean safe transactions and avoid any form of scam. We necessitate additional information verifications before accepting orders to avoid any sort of inconvenience or fraud. We contact our customers through phone/mail in case of an order cancellation or to seek additional information. For orders that have been cancelled from our end after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be returned to your account.


Order Cancellation by the Customer:

  • Customer cannot cancel order as it is a Customized product.
  • As stated, we function on Print-On-Demand model where each and every order is taken, processed and dispatched with extreme care and consideration; we do not offer the provision to cancel an order once the payment has been made
  • We would appreciate if the customer adheres to the decision made by Easy Wall Prints regarding cancellation of a certain order

Free Shipping Policy

Easy Wall Prints, up keeping its maxim of superlative quality at affordable price, treats every transaction with extreme thought and care. Every order is customized and shipped to be a satiating buy for its customers. Our Wallpaper Order Shipping Policy advocates a complete customer-focused approach. Through our FREE Shipping Policy we assure our customers do not pay any add-on shipping charges for their orders placed through our E-commerce portal.

We provide FREE shipping all over India. We have a doorstep delivery approach where in your wallpaper is delivered to any given address that you wish to take delivery at!

  • In case our Courier partner does not deliver in the area specified by the customer, our team will promptly intimate you and your money shall be refunded within a span of 5 working days
  • As a rule, all orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after an order has been placed
  • We assure quality product reaching our customers in perfect condition
